What we collect, why, and how to ask us to delete it. Last updated 8 November 2026.
What this site collects
This website does not have a contact form, a login, a newsletter signup or a chat widget. We do not ask you to submit personal information through the site.
If you call the phone number listed, we receive the information you choose to give us — typically your name, number, address and a description of the roofing issue. We use it to respond, schedule an estimate and carry out the work.
Analytics and call tracking
We may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand which pages are useful, and call-tracking numbers to understand which marketing channels generate calls. Analytics data is aggregated and is not used to identify individual visitors. If call recording is used for quality and training, callers are notified at the start of the call.
Cookies
This site does not set advertising cookies. If analytics or call-tracking tools are added, they will be limited to first-party measurement, and any consent requirement will be handled in line with applicable law.
How long we keep information
Project records — estimates, contracts, permits, photos and warranty documents — are kept for as long as needed to support the warranty and meet legal and insurance requirements. Marketing contact information is kept only while it is useful, and you can ask us to remove it at any time.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with parties needed to complete the work or meet a legal obligation — for example, a permit office, supplier, insurer or subcontractor — and only the minimum necessary.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete it. Call (352) 614-6215 or write to the address on our contact page. We will respond within a reasonable period.
Children
This site is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated date at the top of the page will change. Material changes will be noted on this page.
This policy is provided for transparency and is not legal advice. Have it reviewed against your business practices and applicable state law before launch.
